Are you learning Cantonese? Are you looking for a fun way to learn Cantonese? I have developed a way to learn different languages based on my experience as an ESL teacher. This pack has 57 different settings for students to talk about in Cantonese. The worksheets themselves are in English and the students do need to translate the places and objects they see into Cantonese. At the end of the session, the students can play a fun game of word bingo to show they have mastered that day’s vocabulary. Try it, it is a lot of fun for everyone!

It starts off with practice words. These include both real and made up words. These help students to revise how to say the words and to prepare them for the test.
This is followed by the practice test. There are 2 levels, a simple level and a trickier level, In each case there are real and made-up words.
This is followed by recommendations on how to say each word. This is followed by the marking sheet.
These PowerPoints are fun, colourful and an easy way to practice the words either with a whole class or one by one with the students. It is also an excellent way for parents to practice with their children at home.

Really Useful List of 100 Irregular Plural Nouns in English
You’ve got one tomato and I’ve got two tomatos. Right? Wrong! I’ve got two tomatoes!
Although we usually add an -s to a noun to make it plural (one egg, two eggs, etc.), some nouns in English have irregular plural endings. We’ve put together a really useful list in alphabetical order of some common nouns which have irregular plural endings.
Fun ways of using this resource:
* Create a spelling bee game. The teacher gives you the single version of the noun and you need to spell out the plural version.
* Use the words for fun hangman games
* Quick fire tests – your teacher gives you the starting word. If you get it right you give the next. If you get it right you remain standing. If you get it wrong, you sit down.
